Excel with stock info help needed.?

I have a spreadsheet with stock info for about 75 stocks. I go thru and update it every Sunday with the previous weeks info and use that to do swing trades during the following week. This takes me about 3 hours. Does anyone know of anything that would auto-populate this info for me? Here’s is the info that I need and is all based on the previous week unless stated. Avg daily price movement, 5 day low/high, 5 yr low/high, previous close.

If you have access to a website with that info, you could write a program that would connect to the site, scrape the data and append it to a spreadsheet.
